Placing an Order:
In order to quickly process your order, information that is required to complete your order will be marked with an (*). Orders that do not contain valid information will not be processed.  Unprocessed orders with credit card charges will be credited at time of cancellation.  We do not share this information with any third parties other than your credit card company and our shipper to complete your order.

Order Confirmation:
When your order is completed, please print a copy of the confirmation page for your records. Enter a valid email address to receive an email confirming your order.

Payment and Security:
Starting Wednesday, February 8, you will be able to pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.  Links are available on the payment screen to show what payment information is needed to complete your order.

Mail-in Your Order:
If you prefer to pay by check, enter the order as if paying by credit card.  When the page appears with a summary of the order order plus the request of your shipping information, print the page.  Note the shipping option needed for the order.  Please make out the check including the shipping cost to the International Mission Board.  For immediate processing of you order, please double check that the shipping cost is included in the amount of the check and the shipping information is provided.  Please mail a copy of the print out with the check to:

Quantity Discounts:
We are glad to offer quantity discounts on most priced items. To view what quantity discounts are available on a cost item, click on the title of the product.  Details about the product will be displayed.  Look under the regular price of the item to see what discounts are available.  This discounts will be calculated automatically for you. 

Shipping & Handling Options:
Shipping from our online catalog is available to all states and territories of the U.S. and Canada. Shipping and handling charges are based on the total weight of your order. We provide several shipping options through UPS and the United States Postal Service.  Orders with PO Box addresses can only be shipped through the United States Postal Service.  Shipping and handling costs are based on the weight of your total order.

Sales Tax:
Virginia state sales tax of 5% will be charged on all orders that are shipped to Virginia locations in accordance with Virginia tax law. Tax will not be applied to shipping charges or donations. 

Virginia churches can become tax exempt if a Form ST-10 for the church on file with us before the order is placed.  Forms can be faxed to (804) 219-8982, Attn: IMB Contact Center.  Please call us at (800) 999-3113 (Option 3) to place your tax-exempt order.
